Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with GIM Travels & Tours.
1. Agreement & Tour Updates
All tours, itineraries, and packages listed are updated and executed in strict agreement with our company policies. By booking with GIM Travels & Tours, you acknowledge that itineraries may be subject to minor adjustments based on weather conditions, local holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances to ensure the best possible experience.
2. Preferences & Accommodations
We strive to make your journey as comfortable as possible. Special requests—including dietary preferences, allergy adjustments, room accessibility, and mobility assistance—must be requested and communicated to our team prior to finalizing your booking. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests, subject to availability.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our refund policies are structured to be fair to both our travelers and local partners:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refunds will be issued due to non-refundable commitments made to hotels and transport providers.
Note: Specific peak-season bookings may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Governing Law
All services, contracts, and agreements provided by GIM Travels & Tours are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
